How much does 247Webmaster cost?
The first scan is free. Monitoring starts at $19/month (Watch). Care, which includes updates, backups and 1 hour of fixes, is $59/month. Business covers up to 10 sites for $149/month. Yearly billing gets 2 months free. Emergency fixes start at $249 and site builds at $499.
Isn't a malware scan already free with cPanel?
Often, yes. Many cPanel hosts include ImunifyAV or ClamAV, AutoSSL and backups. That's why we don't sell a scan. The scan is free. What you pay for is someone reading the alerts, fixing what they find, keeping the site updated, and answering when it breaks at 2 a.m. Most cPanel tools tell you something is wrong; they don't fix it.
How is this different from my web host's support?
Host support covers the server. We cover the website on it: plugins, forms, broken pages, email authentication, expired certificates and leaked files. We also work on any host, so you don't have to move.
Do plans cover problems my site already has?
No. Issues found in your free scan, or that you tell us about when you sign up, are pre-existing and aren't covered by a monthly plan. We can fix them with a one-time Emergency Fix, and once they're resolved your plan covers anything new.
Is this run by people or by AI?
Both, and we say so plainly. Automated checks run around the clock. A person reviews every change before it touches your site, and nothing is changed without your approval. Our AI Account Liaison is coming soon and will always say it is AI.
What is the Account Liaison?
Coming soon: an AI point of contact that will know your plan, your sites and your latest scan, running on our own servers. Until it launches, Ask our FAQ (bottom right) gives instant written answers, and a person handles fixes, invoices and anything that changes your site.
Do you need my password or server access?
Not for the free scan or Watch plan. We only look at what any visitor can see. Care and Business need access to apply updates and fixes; we set that up with you, using the least access that works.
What kinds of sites and hosts do you support?
WordPress, Joomla, static sites, custom PHP, and most builders (Wix, Squarespace, Shopify) for the checks we can run from outside. Hosts include cPanel shared hosting, managed WordPress, VPS and dedicated servers, and Cloudflare, Netlify or Vercel.
What is the free AIOS Control Panel?
A self-hosted control panel for your server, with a private AI assistant built in. It runs on your own hardware through Private AIOS, so your data stays with you. It will be a free download. Early access is open now, and plans can include hands-on help setting it up.
Can you manage my domain names?
Yes. Business plans include domain and DNS management. Domain Guard ($2/domain/month) watches expiry, registrar lock, DNS changes and email records on any domain.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current month. Yearly plans run to the end of the paid year. Your backups and reports stay downloadable for 30 days after you cancel.
Do you host websites?
Managed hosting on our own servers is coming. It's the next step for customers who want everything in one place. Join the waitlist from the pricing page. Until then we work with whatever host you already have.
