What we collect

When you request a scan or create an account we collect the details you enter: name, email, optional business name and phone, the website you want scanned, and your answers about your hosting and recent issues. The free scan uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that you're human; Turnstile processes technical signals from your browser only for that check. When you type into Ask our FAQ, the server that runs this website matches your question to our written answers.

What we scan

The free scan requests only public URLs, the same way any visitor or search engine does, and looks up public DNS records. We never log in or try passwords. For exposed-file checks we record only whether the file responded; we don't keep its contents.

How we use it

To run your scan, follow up with you about your site, provide your plan, and improve the service. We don't sell your data.

Email

We email you only to follow up on your scan or plan, and for updates you sign up for. You can unsubscribe from updates at any time.

Advertising

Some public pages show ads served by AdServerAI. Ad requests may include the page, approximate country or city, user-agent and referrer. AdServerAI does not use cookies for this and does not store your IP address.

AI

Ask our FAQ does not use AI. Your question is matched to our written answers by the server that runs this website and is not sent to any AI provider. We keep only a short-lived per-IP counter to stop abuse; we do not store the questions. Our AI Account Liaison is coming soon and will run on our own servers; this section will be updated before it launches.
