The free scan

You may only request a scan of a website you own or are authorized to manage. The scan is informational and provided as-is.

Pre-existing issues

Your first scan sets your baseline. Any problem that shows up in that baseline scan, that you told us about during sign-up, or that existed before your plan started, is a pre-existing issue. Monthly and yearly plans don't cover pre-existing issues. We can fix them under a one-time Emergency Fix, quoted and approved by you first. Once a pre-existing issue is resolved, your plan covers any recurrence of it.

Plans and billing

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Yearly plans are priced at ten months. Included fix hours reset each month and don't roll over. Extra work is quoted and approved by you before we start.

Changes to your site

We don't change your site without your approval. You're responsible for keeping any access you give us current, and for your own content.

Cancelling

Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current month. Yearly plans run to the end of the paid term. Backups and reports stay downloadable for 30 days.

AI disclosure

Monitoring is automated. A human reviews changes to customer sites. Our AI Account Liaison is coming soon; we will never tell you that you're talking to a human when you aren't.

Liability

We work carefully, but no service can guarantee a site will never go down or be compromised. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.
